LEOS GATE will be the fourth building on the site of the former ice rink in Münster. It will mark the entrance to the new Science Quarter at Steinfurter Strasse.

It is a mixed use project with catering units on the ground floor and flexible co-working spaces and co-living modules on the upper floors.

Various wooden constructions are planned depending on use and requirements.

The about 45 residential units will be delivered as completely prefabricated and furnished wooden modules.

All façade elements are designed in a uniform shade of red, which blends in with the ensemble of the listed Leonardo campus and the new clinker buildings in the area.
