Mr ‚N‘ intended to raise the value of neighbouring sites with a spectacular building − no program.  A square newspaper article with Mr ‚N‘ at the centre was measured, and enlarged as wrapper/façade (text neutralised, voids as windows). Surface of inscription as interface/façade − surface of the earth as parking ramp with electronic rocks − interior with earthquake resistant Ninja columns.
