3.2.15 RIBA FELLOWSHIP
On the 3rd of February 2015 Julia Bolles-Wilson und Peter Wilson were awarded an ‚RIBA International Fellowship‘ at a gala evening at London’s RIBA.
This year the Royal Institute of British Architects awarded 11 new RIBA International Fellowships to non-UK architects as an honor for their particular contribution to world architecture. „These are people whose work not only represents the spirit of their countries but also transcends it to become truly international in its reference and influence.“ (RIBA)
The honorees include architects from Argentina, Spain, Portugal, Germany, Australia, South Africa, the USA and China – personalities like Emilio Ambasz, Tom Mayne (Morphosis) und Wang Shu (Pritzker Prize 2012) and Lu Wenyu. The lifetime honor allows individual recipients to use the initials ‚Int FRIBA‘.
