Some 10 years after BOLLES+WILSON contributed their Virtual Air-conditioners to Mayor Edi Rama’s polychromed facade program in Albania’s capital Tirana, we have returned to add Virtual Shutters to the facade of the Hotel Rogner (giving it the status of ‚discrete neighbour‘ to the noble Prime Minister’s building, now occupied by PM Edi Rama).
