The BOLLES+WILSON 2009 Masterplan for Korça in Albania was based on a symbiosis of historic villas and block interiors densely packed with new apartment buildings accessed by a network of connecting passages. Now this delicate urban surgery is underway in the Ligor Rembeci Quarter.  A new passage here leads past the Naples Yellow Hotel and through to the Cathedral Square – also reformatted with new Library according to the B+W masterplan template.
